BairesDev is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to orchestrate large-scale technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
You will bridge strategy and execution, driving roadmaps, mitigating risks, and communicating status to executives. This role is 100% remote with flexible hours and competitive USD-based compensation.
Formación
- Experience in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
- Strong technical literacy and ability to define and drive technical strategy at scale.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs, from initial strategic planning through to final deployment.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to synchronize efforts across diverse engineering units and stakeholders.
- Define and refine technical roadmaps, ensuring they align with the organization's long-term technology strategy.
- Implement and optimize program management frameworks to improve operational efficiency and team velocity.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project timelines or system stability.
- Communicate program status, risks, and strategic technical decisions to executive leadership and engineering partners.
