Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Java Tech Lead to own service architecture for a reactive platform, enforce Domain-Driven Design, and lead a distributed team.

You will integrate frontend apps with Spring Reactive microservices, stream through Kafka, set standards for testing, observability, and security, and mentor engineers across cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot with Spring Reactive.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or a comparable messaging platform.
• Experience with Angular 18 and TypeScript.
• Strong background in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience with microservices and cloud-native architecture.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency, required for cross-team leadership and customer-facing discussions.

Responsibilities
