You will design and implement robust APIs, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering, backend development, or technical leadership.
• Proven Python programming and robust API design
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems
• Strong track record leading engineering initiatives and mentoring teams
• Deep understanding of backend architecture and software best practices
• Advanced proficiency in English

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of robust, high-performance backend systems and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Provide technical direction and oversight for the full software development lifecycle, from initial discovery to production release.
• Establish and enforce engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices.
• Mentor and coach engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
• Identify system bottlenecks and architectural challenges, proposing long-term improvements and optimizations.
