BairesDev is looking for a Delivery Director to join our Management team. This role involves direct project management using agile methodologies across various projects. You will support and oversee a team, ensuring compliance with established processes and maintaining effective communication with customers.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in software outsourcing project management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. We offer 100% remote work, flexible hours, and excellent compensation.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing.
• Experience in handling budgets and managing personnel.
• Advanced English level required.

Responsabilidades

• Direct project management practices using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies within the project team.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers and Customers.
