Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketing-focused coordinator to drive email and SMS campaigns, convert interest into bookings, and support pickup-game operations remotely across Latin America. You will build segments, automate flows, and refine communications to boost participation and repeat business.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, CRM usage, and meticulous attention to schedules, pricing, and customer records.

Formación

• Experience building email campaigns and automations.
• Hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for NA customer conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, write, build and send email and SMS campaigns promoting facility time, pickup games, and offers.
• Segment audiences by location, sport, interest, and history and tailor messages.
• Set up and optimize welcome, lead follow-up, reminding, and win-back flows.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure accurate pricing, availability and bookings.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust journeys to drive paid bookings and repeat participation.
