Community Sports Partners is seeking a marketing and coordination specialist to accelerate bookings for facility time and pickup games. You will develop email and SMS campaigns, segment audiences, and lead follow-up to convert interest into paid bookings, while coordinating with operations to ensure smooth pickup-game experiences.

Qualificações

• Experience building email campaigns and automations with SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for North American customer conversations.
• Confidence following up with leads, explaining an offer and asking for the booking.
• Strong attention to detail with schedules, prices, customer records and deadlines.
• Experience with a CRM and email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Comfort using spreadsheets and reports to understand conversion, bookings and campaign performance.
• Dependable communication and willingness to own the next action until an issue is resolved.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in Toronto/Eastern time.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, write, build and send campaigns promoting available facility time, pickup games, registration opportunities and offers.
• Create useful segments by location, sport, expressed interest, booking history and engagement.
• Build and improve welcome messages, lead follow-up, incomplete-booking recovery, reminders, repeat-booking and win-back flows.
• Write clear English copy with offers and calls to action; adapt brand assets for mobile emails.
• Check audiences, dates, time zones, prices, links, personalization and suppression rules before launch.
• Monitor delivery failures, bounces, complaints and opt-outs; maintain consent records and healthy lists.
• Test messaging, timing, offers and journeys; report qualified enquiries, paid bookings, repeat participation and revenue with engagement metrics.
• Maintain an accurate view of available locations, dates, time slots, capacity and approved pricing.
• Respond to enquiries from teams, coaches, leagues and customers; prepare quotes and follow up to booking and payment confirmation.
• Keep the sales pipeline current; document commitments and pursue renewals or repeat bookings.
• Coordinate with operations; escalate pricing/terms outside authority.
• Create and maintain game listings with location, start time, capacity and pricing; monitor registrations.
• Coordinate with hosts and venue contacts; manage questions and waitlists.
• Identify low-enrolment games and escalate cancellations; track attendance and repeat participation.
• Use insights to improve future games.
