Oktober is a fast-growing Shopify retention agency seeking an entry-level email retention specialist. You'll gain real ownership from day one and a clear runway into owning client strategy as you advance to higher roles.

You will own copywriting for pod accounts, keep projects on track with status updates and approvals, and contribute to account strategy while building your own strategic instincts. This is a fully remote role with a defined growth path.

Formación

• First experience with copywriting and response-driven copy.
• First experience with project management: organize tasks, approvals, deadlines.
• Reliability: deliver what you promise.
• Willingness to learn and apply feedback, not just acknowledge it.
• Ambition to grow into strategy and ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Own copywriting for pod accounts (6-8) based on strategy set by pod's Senior RM.
• Keep projects on track: provide status updates, chase approvals, manage sequencing.
• Contribute ideas to account strategy and build strategic instincts with Senior RM.
• Pull and format reports for Senior RM to turn into decisions.
• Spot blockers or delays before they become client issues.
