Darkroom is seeking a Retention Specialist to lead email and SMS lifecycle marketing for a portfolio of DTC brands. You will write copy, build flows, and deploy campaigns while partnering with Associate Directors of Retention and cross-functional teams to translate data into strategy and revenue.

This fully remote role supports a team in the EST time zone and welcomes candidates in Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, and Mexico.

Formación

• 3-5 years in email/SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
• Proficient with Klaviyo flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to pitch strategy to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead email and SMS strategies for a portfolio of DTC clients alongside retention leadership.
• Own end-to-end campaign deployment: copywriting, briefing, testing, QA, deployment, and monitoring.
• Contribute to monthly retention calendars and generate creative campaign concepts.
• Lead portions of client calls and manage feedback with confidence.
• Collaborate with design to ensure cohesive visual and copy for campaigns.
• Build and optimize automation flows, segmentation, and app integrations.
• Analyze performance and surface actionable retention improvements.
