Formación

• 3+ years of professional backend software development.
• Deep experience with Elixir and the Phoenix framework.
• Experience with OTP, concurrent and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to design and build RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Relational database experience with PostgreSQL (Ecto).
• Strong product sense and passion for scalable systems.
• Excellent communication in an agile, collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Elixir and Phoenix.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements.
• Own features from conception to launch and release.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and participate in code reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve performance and fault tolerance.
• Stay up-to-date with Elixir ecosystem and best practices.
