The role requires 5+ years in paid media, strong analytical skills, and experience handling high-budget accounts. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for leadership and strategic ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid media experience managing performance-focused campaigns.
• Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Display, and programmatic advertising.
• Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($100K+/month preferred).
• Proven ability to drive lead generation and conversion across multi-channel campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, YouTube, and Streaming Media.
• Own campaign performance and align with partner goals like inquiries, applications, enrollments, and lead generation.
• Provide clear reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to partners and internal teams.
• Identify and execute ongoing testing across channels, audiences, and creative approaches.
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure strong campaign performance.
• Stay informed on paid media trends and innovations in higher education marketing.
