Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management with a focus on digital transformation and IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects across business units.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Manage and motivate remote, cross-functional teams, and foster virtual collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruption.
• Facilitate virtual project meetings, workshops, and decision-making processes.
• Track project performance metrics and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Champion adoption of new technologies and change management initiatives.
