SLB is seeking a WS Field Specialist - WIS to operate at customer wellsites in Mexico. You will mobilize, install, and maintain well intervention equipment, perform inspections, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. The role involves field-based duties, extended shifts, and travel to remote locations.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, participate in risk assessments, and develop skills toward supervisory roles within the organization.

Formación

• Experience in oil & gas field operations is preferred.
• Experience in Well Intervention, Coiled Tubing, Nitrogen Pumping, Fluid Pumping or related pressure pumping operations is desirable.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain oilfield equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute safe, efficient, and reliable Well Intervention Services (WIS) operations at customer wellsites.
• Mobilize, install, operate, and maintain well intervention equipment to support service delivery.
• Perform equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure operational readiness.
• Ensure all job deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company and customer standards.
• Participate in job risk assessments, wellsite inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all HSE, Quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Adapt to field-based operations, including extended shifts, irregular schedules, travel, and overnight stays at remote locations.
• Continuously develop technical and operational skills to support career progression into Operator and Supervisor roles.
