Alignerr invites a Software Engineer (AI Training) to write, review, and improve AI-generated code, helping train AI systems to think like developers. This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours and independent work.

You will design prompts, evaluate AI outputs for correctness and efficiency, and provide clear feedback. Candidates should be proficient in multiple languages and possess strong debugging and communication skills.

Formación

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, with strong coding discipline.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about code clearly and precisely.
• Strong problem-solving and systematic debugging abilities.
• Clear written communicator for explaining technical decisions.
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn’t.
• Design challenging coding prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
