Gordian Staffing is seeking a Customer Service / Billing specialist to support invoicing, accounts receivable, and client communications. This remote role requires visiting CDMX or GDL offices on day one, with expenses covered by the employee.

You will handle invoices, follow up on payments, and coordinate between customers and field teams. The position offers a competitive salary, law benefits, remote work, and medical coverage, with additional benefits after the first three months.

Formación

• Experience handling customer invoices and payments.
• Ability to manage outstanding AR and follow up with customers.
• Strong communication and professional phone manner.
• Accurate log keeping and documentation of customer interactions.
• Coordinate scheduling with customers and field teams.
• Review job files to ensure information is complete and up-to-date.
• Follow up on missing information and coordinate with Project Managers.

Responsabilidades

• Create and process customer invoices.
• Manage and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and customer payments.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and customer-focused manner.
• Maintain detailed call logs and document customer interactions and requests accurately.
• Follow up with customers throughout the job process, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer and field team schedules.
• Review new and open job files to ensure required information, photos, documentation, and customer details are complete.
• Follow up on missing information and coordinate with Project Managers
• Monitor job files from initial intake through completion and payment.
