Nextiva in Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Care Billing Specialist to support billing operations for internal and external customers. The role is onsite five days a week in the company’s Guadalajara office, with a collaborative, in-person team environment.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, advanced English, strong Excel skills, and a basic grounding in accounting. A bachelor's degree is required, with flexibility to align with US-based hours when needed.

Formación

• Experience in customer service roles and call center environment.
• Advanced English (both written and oral).
• Exceptional Excel skills and general computer literacy.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping background.
• Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsabilidades

• Review invoices and issue credits to customer accounts.
• Assist customers with billing questions and resolve issues.
• Process credits for service removals and cancellations.
• Research and respond to credit card disputes.
• Maintain logs of customer interactions and respond via calls/messages.
• Support Nextiva’s ticketing system and other billing tasks.
