Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a Chief Technology Officer / VP of Technology for a fully remote, international role in a global energy advisory firm. You will establish the technology strategy, oversee enterprise IT, and bridge internal systems with client-facing digital products across Europe and North America.

You will lead a distributed team, drive AI adoption, manage vendor partnerships, and steer platform maintenance to enable rapid growth with a lean, business-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading technology strategy and execution in a mid-sized org with internal systems and client-facing products.
• Deep experience with Microsoft tech stack: Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on leadership style, actively building and iterating on modern tools.
• Strong commercial sense with vendor negotiations and budgeting across multiple countries.
• Ability to lead distributed teams across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise IT strategy, operations, and cybersecurity across regions.
• Oversee internal business systems like Dynamics 365 and related data workflows.
• Define product roadmaps for client platforms and ensure system connectivity.
• Integrate AI and automation to scale operations with lean headcount.
• Manage global vendor relationships and technology budgets.
