Job summary

JumpCloud is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO & Co-Founder to bridge strategy and execution across engineering, security, and product teams. You will align cross-functional initiatives, drive operational cadence, and manage board-level deliverables, while supporting investor communications and key strategic initiatives.

You will engage with senior leadership and external stakeholders to set the tone for critical deliverables and ensure accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience pairing with a C-level executive or founder to drive initiatives.
• Ability to enter unknown environments and rapidly plan and accelerate operational rigor and accountability.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-departmental efforts to achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for the CTO’s portfolio and board-level reporting.
• Prepare and manage agendas and materials for senior leadership meetings.
• Drive CTO outreach to customers and partners and capture action items.
• Support M&A operations by organizing communication and program flow.
