JumpCloud is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CTO & Co-Founder, based remotely in Mexico. You will bridge strategy and execution, drive cross‑functional programs, and ensure timely delivery of CEO/Board level initiatives.

You will partner with Engineering, Security and Product teams, prepare exec-level communications, manage meeting cadences, and coordinate M&A activities. Fluency in English is required; remote-First in Mexico.

Formación

• Proven ability to drive initiatives with a C-level executive or founder.
• Ability to enter an unknown environment and accelerate operational rigor and accountability.
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs within corporate objectives and provide CEO/Board level visibility.
• Oversee collection and reporting of key objectives to drive alignment.
• Lead cadence of corporate communications (weekly to annual highlights).
• Prepare materials for Senior leadership meetings and manage CTO/customer calls.
• Support M&A operations and cross-functional program flow.
