Michael Page is seeking an experienced cross-border logistics professional for a fully remote position within Mexico. You will coordinate Mexico–US shipments, manage brokers and forwarders, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international logistics experience (import/export or foreign trade).
• Experience managing Mexico–US cross-border logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end cross-border logistics operations between Mexico and the United States.
• Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipments, inventory movements and delivery performance.
• Ensure accurate customs documentation and compliance with trade regulations.
• Resolve shipment delays, customs issues and operational escalations.
• Maintain effective communication with local and international stakeholders.
• Support dealer and customer fulfillment requirements through proactive logistics coordination.
• Track logistics costs, invoices and operational KPIs.
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Own follow-up activities and ensure timely issue resolution.
