Job summary

Zaelab is seeking a Digital Consulting Architect, CPQ, to lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash strategy and delivery for enterprise clients. You will translate revenue models into scalable CPQ architectures, leveraging Logik.ai and ServiceNow integration, while guiding technical decisions and client workshops.

You will mentor consultants and developers, drive architectural reviews, and partner with sales to articulate CPQ value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or solution architecture, including complex platform implementations and integrations.
• At least 3+ years focused specifically on CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, B2B Commerce or complex product configurations.
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom CPQ or product configurator solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical authority for CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives, representing Zaelab in client-facing architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
• Lead architecture and functional design of custom product configurators, including Logik.ai (ServiceNow), translating revenue models into scalable CPQ architectures.
• Design scalable and secure integration architectures with commerce platforms, ERP systems, CDPs, and middleware.
• Conduct business and technical discovery, define future-state CPQ roadmaps, and produce documentation.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to configuration, development, and problem-solving with the team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure delivery momentum and quality.
• Mentor consultants, developers, and analysts on CPQ patterns and delivery best practices.
• Partner with Solution Engineering and Sales to scope engagements and articulate CPQ value to clients.
• Contribute to Zaelab accelerators, templates, and CPQ implementation patterns.
