Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a Conversion Analyst to own the end-to-end funnel from ad to deposit for high-ticket medical aesthetics clients. You will diagnose why qualified leads fail to book, reviewing setter calls and CRM data, and deliver weekly, actionable briefs with clear evidence.

You will not build campaigns or landing pages; you will ensure truth reaches decision-makers and that insights scale across multiple accounts in a fully remote role aligned to US hours.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing sales or setter calls to extract insights from recordings.
• Ability to pull and interrogate data in a CRM independently.
• Strong analytical discipline; distinguish statements from actions.
• Excellent written English; distil funnel issues into clear findings.

Responsibilities

• Own the gap between ad interactions, landing pages, setter calls, and deposits.
• Diagnose weekly for each account the reasons leads don’t convert to bookings.
• Provide evidence-based weekly briefs with problem, cause, fix, and metric.
• Identify best practices to replicate across the portfolio.
