This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, storytelling, and performance, translating data into compelling creative directions while partnering with designers, media buyers, and copywriters.

Formación

• 3+ years in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven experience developing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into creative direction.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (design, media buying, content).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute creative strategies for paid and organic marketing campaigns
• Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimization
• Collaborate with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to produce high-converting ads
• Generate fresh content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience insights
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Write or guide ad copy, scripts, and messaging frameworks
• Test and iterate creatives across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
• Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal teams
