Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a hands-on RevOps professional to own the HubSpot ecosystem and commercial workflows. You will optimize HubSpot Pro, ensure airtight reporting, and maintain flawless quoting. This role requires a power user who bridges CRM administration with high-stakes commercial ops.

You will manage pricing logic, data integrity, and reporting, partnering with leadership to drive pipeline health and revenue performance. Remote work with global teams is supported.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations or CRM Administration.
• HubSpot Pro (or higher) experience with complex workflows and custom reports.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for complex quoting and pricing logic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize HubSpot Professional environment, including deals and properties.
• Build and maintain automated workflows for routing, notifications, and data management.
• Coordinate quoting process with accurate pricing, margins and logic.
