Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Container Engineer based in Mexico to join a globally distributed team building a high-performance container platform powering cloud-native applications at scale.

You will help ensure reliability, security, observability, and cost efficiency of multi-tenant Kubernetes infrastructure across regions, combining software engineering, platform architecture, and SRE practices to enable robust automation and scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in platform engineering, Kubernetes or container platform operations, SRE, or production infra.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, container runtimes, and CNCF ecosystem.
• Experience with multi-tenant infrastructure and cloud providers (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for container platform.
• Lead ORRs and improve observability with metrics, logs, and traces.
• Manage incidents, blameless postmortems, and MTTR reductions.
• Build and maintain automation, controllers, and platform APIs.
• Design CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and deployment strategies.
• Implement security automation including remediation and patch management.
• Develop automated tests for platform releases.
• Evolve container tech stack and architecture for multi-tenant environments.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency and cost management.
• Enable product teams with reliable operational practices.
