AssetWatch, Inc. is seeking a Condition Monitoring Engineer to support our unique PdM solution. You will collect and analyze vibration data at client sites, customize processing, and develop software models to enhance data analysis capabilities.

You will evaluate machine health from vibration data, set alarm levels, and collaborate with hardware teams on sensor placement and product development. Remote-friendly with global clients and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Five+ years with vibration data collection and analysis; experience with FFT analyzers and predictive maintenance software.
• ISO Category II or higher vibration certification preferred; ongoing certification expected.
• Strong electro-mechanical fundamentals; knowledge of AC/DC motors and industrial equipment.
• Proficient with vibration spectra/time waveform analyzers; capable of actioning field findings.
• Ability to work around elevated fixed/rotating equipment; safety-conscious.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites and customize processing.
• Perform data collection, analysis, software modeling, and engineering evaluations.
• Evaluate machinery health via detailed vibration data analysis.
• Develop software models to expand vibration data analysis capabilities.
• Provide actionable information to clients, including alarm level settings.
• Assist hardware installation teams with sensor placement recommendations.
• Lead and grow AssetWatch PdM tool development; collaborate across product teams.
• Expand capabilities to include ultrasonic and oil/fluid analysis.
• Work with product development to deliver high-value hardware and software solutions.
