AssetWatch seeks a senior Condition Monitoring Engineer to support its remote-first team serving global manufacturers. You will collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, tailoring data processing to each asset and determining maintenance needs.
You will collaborate with product development, installation and customer support teams, lead PdM tool development, and expand expertise to include ultrasonic and oil analysis to deliver actionable insights and reliable asset
Qualifikationen
- Five+ years of experience with vibration data collection and analysis.
- Experience with FFT analyzers and predictive/preventative maintenance software.
- ISO vibration certification preferred (Category II or higher).
- Strong understanding of AC induction and DC motors.
- Proficiency with vibration analyzers measuring spectra and time waveforms.
Aufgaben
- Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, tailoring processing to each asset.
- Perform vibration data collection, data analysis, software modeling and programming, and engineering evaluations.
- Evaluate machinery health through detailed vibration data analysis.
- Lead and grow AssetWatch PdM tool development and expand expertise to include ultrasonic and oil/fluid analysis.
- Provide high-quality, actionable information to clients with appropriate alarm levels.
