AssetWatch seeks a skilled vibration data analyst to collect and analyze data at client sites, customizing processing for each asset and determining maintenance needs. You will perform data collection, modeling, and engineering evaluations to assess machinery health.

You will develop software models, expand analysis libraries, and provide actionable information to clients, including alarm level settings. Join a startup-like, remote-first team with global reach.

Formación

• Minimum of five years of relevant experience with vibration data collection and analysis.
• ISO Category II (or higher) vibration certification preferred; ongoing certification expected.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals (AC/DC motors).
• Strong mechanical background with industrial equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Proficient with vibration spectrum/time waveform analyzers and data processing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites; customize data processing per asset.
• Perform data collection, software modeling, programming, and engineering evaluations.
• Evaluate machinery health through detailed vibration data analysis.
• Develop software models and expand vibration data analysis libraries.
• Provide actionable information to clients and set alarm levels within tools.
