AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid growth. You will manage cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, build reliable platform services, and collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.

The role emphasizes distributed architecture, AI-native tooling, and ownership with opportunities to work across Fortune 500 brands and cutting-edge startups.

Formación

• 3+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 1+ year API design and development using REST/gRPC.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including service mesh tech such as Istio/Linkerd/Cilium.
• 1+ year of experience building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, etc.).
• 6+ months of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication, quick learner, ownership.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services to support company growth.
• Measure, monitor, and optimize system performance; identify bottlenecks and improve infrastructure.
• Manage cloud resources and service boundaries; ensure security and reliability.
• Implement best practices and tools to optimize development processes and efficiency.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to keep systems performant and secure.
