IQVIA is seeking a Site Activation Specialist to support the start-up and activation of clinical trial sites, collaborating with investigators, sites, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure studies launch efficiently and compliantly.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, 1-3 years in clinical research, fluency in English, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities within a global team.

Responsabilidades

• Support feasibility assessments, site activation, and maintenance for assigned studies.
• Serve as a primary contact for investigative sites, ensuring a smooth start-up experience.
• Prepare, review, and manage essential study documents with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory, ethics, and contractual documentation, including ICFs and IP release docs.
• Collaborate with Site Activation Managers, PMs, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor document review and execution status, following up to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain project data in internal systems and study plans.
• Communicate site progress and activation status to stakeholders.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
