• College or university degree.
• 3–4 years of brokerage/carrier sales experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good understanding of North American geography.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop capacity solutions to support customers.
• Manage load boards to match freight with carrier capacity.
• Manage a portfolio of carriers and build strategic relationships in all geographies.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate rates for logistics.
• Enter and process orders via phone, email and EDI, professionally.
