• Bachelor's or Diploma in finance is required.
• Experience 3+ years in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss truck sales.
• Proven ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
• Comfortable talking to customers face-to-face, on the telephone and making cold calls.
• Strong computer skills, with intermediate abilities in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls and emails with inquiries from customers with confidence and accuracy.
• Complete and submit all pertinent paperwork for vehicle sales or leases, including financing.
• Maintain records of each sale, quotes, specs, orders, expenses and reports.
• Develop industry knowledge related to trucking to show equipment features and performance.
• Ensure paperwork is submitted for financing and credit approvals.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory and ownership documents of used trucks.
• Collaborate with the Department of Transportation for documentation.
