Fusion Growth Partners is seeking an experienced Remote Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support high-producing professionals in the United States. The role requires direct experience managing residential real estate transactions from contract through closing and a bilingual English/Spanish skillset.

The position is fully remote with an Eastern Time Zone schedule, and candidates must be available during ET hours, attend meetings, respond to clients, and complete daily tasks on time.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years of direct residential real estate TC experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience handling contracts from executed to closing.
• Knowledge of US residential real estate processes.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Aufgaben

• Open and maintain transaction files.
• Review contracts, disclosures, and documents for completeness.
• Track deadlines, contingencies, signatures, deposits, inspections, financing, title, escrow, and closing requirements.
• Coordinate electronic signatures and document routing.
• Provide status updates and manage risks before deadlines.
• Communicate with agents, lenders, title/escrow, and other parties.
