Job summary

MetLife Global Technology and Operations invites you to join a team focused on Non-Financial Risk Management across Mexico and South America. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese a plus. The role partners with Global Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance to evolve risk frameworks.

You will maintain GRC data in OpenPages, perform risk assessments, identify issues, and help implement control metrics while collaborating with in-country stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational risk management and risk assessment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Risk Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration across a broad range of levels.
• Experience in a remote (off-site) role with focus on delivery.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with in-country partners.
• Maintain regional process, risk, and control data in the GRC tool (OpenPages).
• Support risk assessment and control environment reviews.
• Identify issues and implement control-related metrics/indicators.
• Evaluate opportunities for AI tools in risk execution.
• Produce accurate risk activity reporting for executive and detailed levels.
