Resolv Global is expanding its customer service teams and seeks experienced Customer Service Representatives to support growing US-based operations from home in Mexico. If you have strong English communication skills, prior US BPO or call center experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a fully remote independent contractor role. Minimum technical requirements include Windows 11, 16 GB RAM, dual monitors, and reliable fibre internet; training is paid

We're growing our customer service teams across Mexico!

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are ready to put their skills to work supporting growing US-based customer support operations.

If you have strong English communication skills, previous US BPO or call center experience, and you're confident working in a fast-paced customer service environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a fully remote opportunity, giving experienced customer service professionals across Mexico the chance to join international teams while working from home.

Compensation

• $5.50 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent Contract
• Training paid in full
