Resolv Global is expanding its customer service teams to support growing US-based operations from home in Mexico. We seek experienced Customer Service Representatives who can handle inbound/outbound interactions with strong English communication and reliable performance in a fast-paced, remote setting.

This is a fully remote opportunity for professionals across Mexico, with training paid in full and compensation at $5.50 USD per hour, paid weekly.

Qualifications

Previous US BPO / call center experience.
Ability to multitask and work across multiple systems.

Job description

We're growing our customer service teams across Mexico!

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who are ready to put their skills to work supporting growing US-based customer support operations.

If you have strong English communication skills, previous US BPO or call center experience, and you're confident working in a fast-paced customer service environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a fully remote opportunity, giving experienced customer service professionals across Mexico the chance to join international teams while working from home.

Compensation

$5.50 USD per hour
Paid weekly in arrears
