Percepta LLC is seeking a Bilingual Automotive Claims Representative (English and Spanish) to support dealerships, repair facilities, and customers from a 100% remote role while residing in Mexico City. You will adjudicate claims, provide prior approvals, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

Ideal candidates have automotive experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to use web-based technical information to verify coverage and pricing.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as automotive technician or equivalent training preferred.
• Ability to analyze claim information to determine contract coverage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet resources.

Responsabilidades

• Handles inbound contacts from dealerships and customers to provide information and prior approval for automotive repairs.
• Receive inbound contacts and provide appropriate authorization per contract terms and processes.
• Verify contract coverage and review claim participation issues.
• Process prior approval requests for repairs on company vehicles according to guidelines.
• Log customer contacts and maintain accurate history in the CRM system.
• Escalate inquiries as appropriate and meet program performance metrics.
