Percepta is seeking an Automotive Claims Representative to support dealerships, repair facilities, and customers across North America. This remote role requires residency in Mexico City and leverages your automotive diagnostic knowledge in an office setting.

You will adjudicate claims, verify coverage, and process prior approvals, while using web-based information to ensure alignment with contract terms. The position offers robust benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year automotive technician experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound contacts (phone and web) from dealerships, repair facilities and customers for information and prior approval for repairs.
• Listen to callers and provide appropriate authorization per contract terms and processes.
• Verify contract coverage and review claim participation issues.
• Process prior approval requests for repairs on company vehicles per guidelines.
• Log all customer contacts for accurate history and reporting.
• Meet or exceed program performance metrics.
