Percepta in Mexico City is seeking an Automotive Claims Representative to support dealerships, repair facilities, and customers remotely within CDMX. You will adjudicate claims, verify coverage, and issue prior approvals under service contracts.

Use scripts and automotive knowledge to determine eligibility, negotiate when needed, and log all contacts for a complete history. Training, career growth, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Automotive technician experience in powertrain or body diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to analyze claim information to determine coverage.
• Ability to speak confidently about extended service business products and prior approval process.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound contacts from dealerships and customers to provide information and prior approval for repairs.
• Adjudicate claims per contract terms and processes.
• Use scripts to listen to requests and authorize appropriate levels of approval.
• Verify contract coverage for claims and review participation issues.
• Log all customer contacts into the contact system for a complete history.
