Percepta is hiring an Automotive Claims Representative for a 100% remote role requiring residence in Mexico City (CDMX). You will handle inbound calls and web inquiries from dealerships, repair facilities, and customers to adjudicate extended service contract claims, provide prior approvals, and ensure contract coverage.

You will analyze claim details, negotiate pricing where needed, and log all interactions to maintain an accurate history.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year recent automotive technician experience in powertrain/body/electrical diagnostics preferred.
• Ability to analyze repair shop claim information to determine contract coverage.
• Ability to discuss extended service products and prior approval processes confidently.
• Ability to use web-based automotive information to adjudicate claims.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to establish rapport with callers and communicate clearly.
• Proficient with the Internet and MS Office products.
• Flexible, independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound contacts from dealerships, repair facilities, and customers to provide information and prior approval for automotive repairs.
• Adjudicate claims per contract terms and process, using scripts and tools.
• Verify coverage, review claims, and determine appropriate authorizations.
• Log customer interactions to maintain accurate history.
• Identify issues and areas for program improvement with leadership.
• Meet or exceed program-specific performance metrics.
• Engage in ongoing skill development and maintain professional communication.
