Percepta is seeking an Automotive Claims Representative to support dealerships, repair facilities, and customers across North America from a remote base in Mexico City. The role emphasizes claims adjudication, prior approvals, and determining coverage using automotive knowledge and scripts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year recent experience as an automotive technician in a powertrain or body/chassis/electrical diagnostic role or equivalent training is preferred.
• Ability to analyze repair shop claim information to determine contract coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound contacts from dealerships, repair facilities and customers to provide information and prior approval for automotive repairs.
• Adjudicate claims per contract terms and contact handling processes using scripts.
• Verify contract coverage and determine eligibility for repairs and service contracts.
• Log customer contacts accurately to maintain a reliable history of interactions.
• Escalate inquiries when necessary and communicate responses professionally.
