Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base. You’ll engage in high-volume outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls with U.S.-based decision-makers.

You thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, leverage English communication skills, and collaborate with Account Executives to build a strong, predictable pipeline. Remote work is supported

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably in technology or software.
• Strong negotiation and influence with decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Outbound calling/telemarketing experience is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities) via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; manage outreach cadences.
• Build and refine targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay.
• Run multi-touch sequences with Instantly to drive responses.
