Bluelight is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to lead high-volume outbound prospecting and booking qualified appointments with US-based decision-makers. You will use HubSpot for outreach, manage target lists with Apollo and Clay, and drive structured sequences with Instantly.

The role requires excellent English communication, a proven B2B sales background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Remote work is supported.

Formación

• Three or more years in B2B sales or inside sales, preferably tech/software.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns and telemarketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80-150+ activities/day) via calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Build targeted prospect lists with Apollo/Clay aligned to ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences and write personalized outreach messages.
• Qualify prospects and book qualified discovery calls for AEs.
