Bluelight is a leading software consultancy delivering cutting-edge applications and reliable services for clients across the United States and Central/South America. We are seeking a Senior Software Architect to design low-latency, multi-tenant architectures on AWS, with a focus on scalable RESTful APIs and secure data models.

You will mentor engineering teams, drive architectural decisions, review code and ADRs, and collaborate with clients to ensure performance, security, and reliability

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional software development experience with architecture focus.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS, with latency budgets.
• Experience with audit/evidence systems and multi-tenant data models.
• Strong capability to mentor teams and conduct architecture reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, multi-tenant architectures on AWS.
• Lead architecture reviews, ADRs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and engineering teams to ensure performance and reliability.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in coding and design.
