• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers.
• Translate customer requirements into technically sound recommendations and configurations.
• Support pre-sales and proof-of-concept activities with sales and product teams.
• Guide customer onboarding and deployment to ensure success.
• Create and maintain application notes, guides, and FAQs.
• Relay recurring feedback to product and engineering for roadmap input.
