Outlier is building a structured remote program where your engineering skills directly improve how AI models generate, debug, and evaluate code. Join as a QA coder to review AI-generated code, flag issues, and rate model responses to help improve model output.

We offer a 1099 contract opportunity open to many Latin American countries, including Mexico. Earn up to $34 USD/hr, with additional incentives, plus flexible remote work and access to leading LLMs for skill development.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions—accuracy, instruction following, and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
