Outlier is building a remote program where LatAm software engineers train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating responses, and crafting prompts. No prior AI experience is required, just strong coding skills.

Join as a QA Coder to help improve model accuracy and instruction following while working from anywhere in Latin America. Rates are competitive, with additional incentives on top of base pay.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and style.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code: read code from AI models and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
