Central is seeking an Implementation & Customer Success Manager to own the post-signing journey, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing value delivery. You will configure workflows, call forwarding, prompts, and integrations, while maintaining proactive communication with customers to drive adoption and expansion.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles at B2B software firms, hands-on config experience, and strong English.

Formación

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, technical account management, or similar customer-facing role at a B2B software company.
• Experience owning a book of customers or implementations directly.
• Hands-on experience configuring software for customers, including workflow builders and automation tools.
• Strong spoken and written English for direct customer communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own customers end to end from signed contract through implementation, launch, adoption, renewal, and expansion.
• Onboard new customers by configuring workflows, prompts, rules, scheduling, and integrations.
• Configure AI agent workflows, escalation logic, and knowledge integrations.
• Lead new implementations from kickoff to go-live with meaningful integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues, reproduce configurations, and escalate to engineering as needed.
• Triangulate churn risks and growth opportunities based on customer value and needs.
• Document recurring implementation problems into playbooks and automation improvements.
• Maintain regular onboarding calls, check-ins, and troubleshooting sessions with customers.
• Collaborate with customers across telephony, EHRs, APIs, and automation tools.
