Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI & Data Governance Analyst to build and operate an enterprise data catalog that underpins our AI readiness effort. You will work hands-on to blend data governance with AI governance strategy, collaborating with a senior director who values your insights as a true partner.

You will align governance with the NIST AI RMF, develop governance metrics, and deliver reporting in Power BI while engaging stakeholders across the organization remotely.

Qualifications

Experience in data governance and catalog operations.
Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, especially NIST AI RMF.
Strong comms with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Build out and maintain enterprise data catalog (metadata, quality, lineage).
Apply governance policies across data assets.
Align AI governance with NIST RMF and internal policy.
Create governance metrics and AI readiness dashboards (Power BI).
Support governance around Purview and Copilot.
Contribute to change mgmt and governance council admin.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels.
