Alignerr is looking for a Software Engineer to work on Mérida-based contracted projects. You will help shape AI-generated code by writing, reviewing, and refining solutions across languages, ensuring correctness, readability, and safety. This is hands-on, autonomous work on frontier AI development.

You’ll communicate decisions clearly, work asynchronously on a flexible hourly contract, and contribute to high-impact software projects from anywhere.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages from the listed set.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Able to read and explain code with precision and clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and domains.
• Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining why code works or not.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank AI-generated solutions by engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
