Job summary

Outlier invites experienced software engineers to join a structured remote program that trains AI models by reviewing and rating code. You will help improve AI-generated code, debug and evaluate model outputs, and craft prompts to push code capabilities.

This 1099 contract offers flexible remote work across LatAm, compensation up to $34 per hour USD plus incentives. Prior live production code experience and fluent English are preferred; candidates from Latin American countries including Mexico

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors.
• Rate and rank model responses on key dimensions.
• Write clear, structured CS prompts for AI models.
